I don’t think twice when people ask for my favorite state. Montana.
Billings was the most wonderful small town and Glacier National Park, which borders Canada in the Northwest of the state, was easily the best camping experience. The Two Medicines area is a stunning and well run campground, which puts campers smack dab in the middle of lakes, streams and glacial peaks.
Hiking, kayaking and plenty of other outdoor fun is easily accessible.
The good news, there are plenty of grizzly bears to see. The bad news, there are plenty of grizzly bears to see. If anyone would like a never used can of bear spray, let me know.
As for my least favorite state, I’m still trying to figure that out. You’ll know it when you see a post called South Dakota Sunday or Kansas Sucks The Most.
