Well preserved is what I would call it

The top picture is of my friend Heath and myself 25 years ago in Arizona. The picture on the bottom is us, this morning in Atlanta.
I know why Heath looks good: Healthy eating, Crossfit and triathlons. I’m not saying I look good but I don’t look as bad as I should considering my horrendous lifestyle.
I will admit, to reduce wrinkles I don’t go outside until 8 PM most days.
