Tacos! I pulled into a Mexican market to buy all my veggies and weird flavored soda for camping. How could I not eat lunch at the taco truck.
If you ever find yourself in Oakdale, CA, go to Taco del Sol. The pork was tender and bursting with flavor. The homemade itty bitty tortillas had a strong wonderful corn flavor. Not too hot, their fresh salsa was a thick affair. I’ve never done tacos before with the pickled veggies but its a great accompaniment. I’m on a food high right now.
California is a great food destination.
