Sitting outside on the sidewalk enjoying dinner in the beautiful Soulard area of St. Louis, I noticed golf carts driving on the regular streets. A lot of them.
Mind you, this is not Sun City, Arizona. This is a beautiful, vibrant and hip area of the city with lots of young people. The people sitting next to me said you can legally drive a golf cart drunk on regular streets up to 35 mph. Great for parking, great for drinking and great for killing yourself.
