I can’t blame this one on the GPS. The motel where I made a reservation had “downtown” in the name so I was pretty confused when I arrived at a dirt lot outside the city’s perimeter highway.
It took me five minutes to figure out, by going back and forth between emails, my calendar and the online reservation system, that I booked a room in Memphis and not Nashville. My body was saying Nashville but my fingers were typing Memphis.
This is along the lines of all the people I am meeting and they actually ask me where in New York I am from. Duh, New York City, where else. Some guy told me he has family and Rochester. I told him I never heard of it.
After checking out a handful of the articles on your blog, I honestly
like your way of writing a blog. I added it to my bookmark webpage
list and will be checking back in the near future.
Please visit my website too and tell me your opinion.
Thanks for the compliment. I think you’ll need a second party for editing. The page reads like it was translated from Chinese to English using Google Translate. Or like it was written by one of the moms in Joy Luck Club. “Best Quality!”
