Part of getting my apartment ready for the subletter is cleaning out all the closets. I figured this is a good opportunity to pare down my things. I’ve done a test of the cargo room in my car and I can only fit two small pairs of underwear, a sock and a T-shirt.
Most everything is going to the Salvation Army or Goodwill. But I’m keeping the Sanchez jersey. It’s not his fault, the Jets never invested in his development and how would you feel if somebody hired somebody else for your job. “Hey there Jeff, you’re doing a fine job. Tim over there is just going to stand in the wings if you need any help or if anything ever goes wrong. But we’re behind you 100%.”
