At the Daily Burn 365 studio this morning I weighed in at 223 lbs. According to my chart, that’s down from 288 pounds last week. It’s really all about the little lifestyle changes, like swapping out donuts for amputating your legs.
Obviously the woman weighing me in last week, when she saw 228 pounds, thought to herself, “That bitch is closer to 300 pounds if he’s a day.”
While wanting to feel good and live longer is nice and all, nothing motivates like your soft bloated white belly playing peekaboo on the Internet.
