Last night I made my first repeat visit. Three months ago I was in Columbus, Ohio, and had the most wonderful sauerkraut balls. Since then, I’ve had others, also known as Reuben balls, but none have been as good. Last night I went back to the Elevator Draft Haus and I wasn’t disappointed.

I’ve plotted my journey on the below map, red for the first leg and purple for the second leg, and I’ve barely scratched the surface of the country in four months and nearly 30 states.
